Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.
A damage deposit of HKD 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Effective 28 August, 2022, due to the recent surge of Covid cases in Hong Kong, to ensure our guests and staff's safety, at Tung Nam Lou Art Hotel we strictly impose the use of Leave Home Safe app and accept BLUE code holders ONLY.

Without a valid blue code on the Leave Home Safe app, any paid room reservations made on and after 28th August, 2022 will not be refunded.
